Top Ten Tuesday: Favourite Romances

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week's topic is Top Ten Favourite Romances. After missing last week's TTT, this is a great week to come back to! YAY! I decided I'd list my top ten favourite couples! WHICH WAS VERY DIFFICULT. I thought I'd do something a little different and add in some quotes with the couples, because QUOTES. By the way, this is in no particular order, as always...

1.  Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger  (Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling)
"Ron seemed to come to himself slightly as they walked back across the Great Hall. He touched the spot on his face where Hermione had kissed him, looking puzzled, as though he was not quite sure what had just happened."

2. Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters (The Fault in Our Stars by John Green)
“Maybe 'okay' will be our 'always”
And...
“I’m in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we’re all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have, and I am in love with you.”

3. Fitzwilliam Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet (Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen)
“You have bewitched me, body and soul.”

4. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark (Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins)

“So after, when he whispers," You love me. Real or not real?"
I tell him, "Real.”
 5. Katsa and Po (Graceling by Kristin Cashore)
“He made her drunk, this man made her drunk; and every time his eyes flashed into hers she could not breathe.”
 6. Tris and Four (Divergent by Veronica Roth)
“I never used to understand why people bothered to hold hands as they walked, but then he runs one of his fingertips down my palm, and I shiver and understand it completely”
7. Anna and Etienne (Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins)
“I love you as certain dark things are loved, secretly, between the shadow and the soul.”
 8. Kaiden Rowe and Anna Whitt (Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins)
“Oh, dear Lord. I was in love with him. And there wasn’t a thing on earth, in heaven, or in hell that could have stopped me”
 9. Alice Cullen and Jasper Hale
"Overprotective fool," she said in her clear soprano voice. Jasper met her stare with a half smile, seeming to forget for a second that I existed.
 10. Rose and Dimitri
“Dont worry, Roza, I'm not afraid. I'll take whatever heat they give me over being with you. It's worth it.”
This was definitely a difficult one! There are so many more that I'd like to add to my list, but this ten will have to do, I suppose! I'd LOVE to see your list of your top ten romances, so leave me a link and I'll check it out!

Happy reading!
~Kristy

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I appreciate every single comment I get! I will try as hard as I can to remember to stop by your blog and return the favour! (I'm so sorry if I forget, I have an awful memory!)

As of now, A Little Shelf of Heaven is an award-free blog! I really appreciate them, so so much, but I just don't have the time to pass them along to other blogs!

Thanks for stopping by! <3
